Gratitude isn’t about pretending everything’s okay.
It’s about honouring what shaped us and choosing to grow anyway.
As part of Australia’s Women’s Health Week, Michelle Wollaston will be hosting an online workshop called Gratitude as Medicine. It’s for women who want to reconnect with their strength, meet challenges differently, and explore gratitude as a steady, healing practice, not just something we reach for when things are going well.
"I recently ran a poll across my platforms, asking what topics felt most important right now. The top response? A deeper, more honest conversation about gratitude. This workshop is my way of offering that space."
Together, we’ll explore how gratitude can become a living ritual, a way to reclaim presence, power, and perspective, even when life feels messy or uncertain. You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need a willingness to look at your life through a new lens.
