Jamie grew up in the Adirondacks but has since returned to her family roots, now living in a small country town in Southwest Ohio. Her greatest strength — and also her greatest weakness — is her deep love for people.
She is a licensed AOD Counselor, Peer Specialist, QB/MHS, Life Coach, and Mental Health Advocate. Jamie currently runs groups focused on mindset, trauma, and healing, and she also offers a masterclass designed to certify others as life coaches. Her mission is to provide tools for healing and to create meaningful connections with like-minded people.
