Elicia Ybarra is the founder of Pretty Hands, Hard Punches, a lifelong martial artist, women’s self-defence instructor, and trauma-informed empowerment educator. With over 30 years of experience in Taekwondo and Hapkido, she supports women in reclaiming their power through confidence-building, practical safety strategies, and inner healing. Her work is deeply rooted in her own journey as a survivor, and she is committed to helping women redefine what self-defence truly means.
