Aïko Thurlow is the founder of InFounders, an organisation that helps companies and industry associations create powerful peer group experiences for their teams, members, and leaders. Since 2017, she and her team have designed and facilitated thousands of masterminds across North America.
Her work focuses on building intentional spaces where professionals can speak candidly about challenges, gain fresh perspectives, and make better decisions together. These aren’t coaching sessions or casual meetups; instead, they are structured, high-trust conversations that bring together people in similar roles.
InFounders partners with organizations in two main ways: by creating ongoing mastermind programs that support leadership development or member engagement, and by bringing facilitated roundtable experiences to conferences and offsites — replacing traditional panels with high-impact conversations that participants remember long after the event.
