I never set out to work with past lives. I just kept noticing that the same types of people were finding their way to me, and the same types of stories were coming through in my sessions.

People would come in feeling confused, disconnected, or as though something about this life did not quite fit. Not necessarily in a dramatic way, but more like a quiet, ongoing feeling of I don’t belong here, or this isn’t what I thought it would be, or why does everything feel harder than it should?

At first, I thought I was simply working with anxiety, confidence, or life direction. Over time, however, the sessions began to go much deeper. People were not just talking about their current lives; they were accessing memories, scenes, and experiences that felt bigger than this lifetime.

And I kept hearing the same things.

They felt like old souls.
Earth felt heavy or unfamiliar.
They felt as though they were watching life instead of fully being in it.
They did not remember choosing to be here.

In past life regression sessions, people often find themselves in what I can only describe as in-between spaces. Corridors. Waiting rooms. Void-like places. States of light or awareness without a physical body. Some experience themselves as energy. Some feel as though they are preparing to come into a body for the first time. Some say they were reluctant to come at all.

What is interesting is that these experiences are not rare. They happen again and again across different people, with no prompting from me. Different stories and different imagery, but the same underlying feeling.

A sense of remembering.

Another theme that comes up frequently is what I think of as the memory of being different. People access lives where they were intuitive, spiritual, gifted, or able to see more than others, and were rejected, feared, silenced, or punished for it.

Sometimes they were healers. Sometimes seers. Sometimes just sensitive children in environments that did not understand them.

In this lifetime, those same people often feel blocked, hesitant to be seen, or unsure whether they can trust themselves. Not because anything is wrong with them, but because there is an old memory of what happened the last time they showed up fully.

There is also a strong theme around unfinished work. People see lives where they died young, left things incomplete, or did not get to fully express what they came here to do. In this life, that often shows up as restlessness, searching, and a feeling of there is something I’m meant to be doing, but I don’t know what it is.

When people ask me what past life hypnotherapy actually does, I usually say this.

It gives context.

Not answers in a logical sense. Not proof. Not a neat explanation. But a deeper understanding of why someone feels the way they feel, why certain patterns keep repeating, and why their soul is drawn to particular experiences.

We unconsciously know all the answers, but we need the conscious confirmation.

That is what these sessions seem to offer: a way for people to access what they already carry within them, but have not been able to articulate.

What I see most after sessions is not dramatic change or instant transformation. It is something much quieter.

People feel lighter. They trust themselves more. They stop trying to force themselves into versions of life that do not fit. They begin making decisions that feel aligned rather than expected.

They realise they are not broken. They are not lost. They are not behind.

They are simply remembering who they are.

And once that remembering happens, everything else becomes gentler. The pressure eases. The searching softens. The need to fix disappears.

Because this work is not about becoming someone new.

It is about coming back to yourself.

And when you remember, you naturally begin to release what no longer belongs to you and rewrite the story you are here to live.
