Content Themes. Articles must be relevant to our readers, covering topics like: women’s health and wellness, personal development and self-care, fashion and beauty trends, relationships and love, career and entrepreneurship, parenting, family, and motherhood, lifestyle, travel, and food, arts, crafts, and hobbies, mental health and mindfulness

Word Count. Minimum 500 words, maximum 1000 words. To view samples, please look at Laetitia Felix's articles or Penny Soo's articles. This free feature is intended for sharing your expertise and insights—not for self-promotion.

Promotional content, such as advertising your products, freebies, FB groups, lead magnets, services, or business, is only allowed through our paid promo option.

You may include links and business details in your author bio. If you're interested in promotional exposure, we invite you to explore our paid promo opportunities.

Originality. All submissions must be original, unpublished work written by you. We do not accept articles that have been previously published, are under consideration elsewhere, or written by someone else (even if it's about you). For legal and copyright reasons, you must be the sole author and copyright holder of the content you submit.

Deadlines. Our issues are weekly. Unless we specify a deadline, you can submit your article at your convenience and we will publish on the first available date. 

Images. Provide high-quality images (300 dpi / jpeg / png) relevant to the article, if available. Include proper image credits or sources. Images must be royalty-free or original. No photos of minors in any context. 

Author Bio. Include a short bio (50–100 words) with your submission. You may include links to your business, website or social media profiles.

Submission Process. Click the link below. Attach the article or Google Docs link and any accompanying images in the email. Expect a response within 2–4 working days.

Editing and Rights. The editorial team reserves the right to edit for clarity, grammar, length, and style. We retain the rights to publish, archive, and promote your content across our platforms.
