Business Awards 2026
The DWC
Business Awards
Fourteen categories recognising what women in business actually built in 2026. Judged on the work, not the follower count.
What this is
The DWC Business Awards recognise women who have built something real in 2026 — a business that grew, a launch that landed, a turnaround that worked, a milestone that took years to reach.
Entries are read by our judging panel and assessed on the substance of what you submit: what you set out to do, what happened, and what it took. Audience size is not a judging criterion. A business serving forty loyal customers well can win here.
Finalists and winners are published in DWC Magazine, distributed to more than 40,000 retail outlets across 106 countries, and promoted across our digital editions.

Terms and conditions
Entry is open to women in business worldwide. One purchase covers one entry in one category. To enter more than one category, purchase an entry for each.
Early bird pricing of £50 applies to the first 50 entries purchased, after which the entry fee is £97. Early bird availability is determined by order sequence and cannot be applied retrospectively.
Entry fees are non-refundable in all circumstances. This includes where an entry is purchased but the entry form is never submitted, where a form is submitted after the closing date, where a form is incomplete, and where an entrant withdraws or changes their mind. Purchasing an entry secures your place in the judging process; it does not guarantee a submission will be received or assessed if you do not complete the form.
Where a duplicate charge occurs through a payment or system error, the duplicate will be refunded once verified.
Entry forms must be submitted by 31 October 2026. Late submissions are not accepted and are not refunded. It is the entrant's responsibility to complete and submit the form before the deadline, whatever date the entry was purchased.
Entries are assessed by the DWC judging panel against the substance of the submission. Audience size, follower count and turnover are not judging criteria.
The judges' decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of any entry, and individual feedback on unsuccessful entries is not provided. DWC Magazine reserves the right to move an entry into a more suitable category, to merge categories, or to withhold an award in any category where entries do not meet the standard required.
Judges may not enter the awards. Sponsorship of the awards carries no influence over any judging decision.
Entrants confirm that all information submitted is accurate and that the work described is their own. DWC Magazine reserves the right to verify any claim made in an entry, and to disqualify without refund any entry found to contain misleading, false or plagiarised material.
By entering, entrants consent to their name, business name, entry material and likeness being published by DWC Magazine in print, digital and social formats in connection with the awards.
Finalists receive a DWC Conversations cover feature valued at £100. Winners receive a DWC Weekly cover feature valued at £1,000, along with group billboard promotion in Times Square, New York in January 2027. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative. Cover features are subject to the entrant supplying usable material and meeting the publication deadlines given at the time.
Billboard promotion features winners as a group, not individually, and the placement date is subject to availability and to the billboard operator's scheduling.
DWC Magazine reserves the right to amend these terms, extend or amend any date, or cancel the awards where circumstances beyond its control make it necessary. Where the awards are cancelled in full by DWC Magazine, entry fees will be refunded.
The awards are operated by Defiant Women's Resources Ltd (Company No. 16925908), 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
