Mike Devlin is a chef with over 30 years of experience across England, Germany, and the USA. For the past decade he has also worked as a writer and author β his titles include Smith and Manchester City: The Secret History of a Club That Has No History, with two further books in progress. When he is not in the kitchen or at his desk, Mike paints portraits, designs tattoos, sculpts, and watches a great deal of football and film. He is, in all probability, in the pub as you read this.
