Business Health Check Kerrie Richards

DWC Business Health Check — prepared for Kerrie Richards, Business Growth Rocket

Your next 90 days at Business Growth Rocket

You have 17 years of training experience, more than 650 entrepreneurs coached, and clients who come back and refer their friends. The work now is building a way for people to find you and buy from you when you are busy coaching.

Fifty coaching sales a month is more than one coach can deliver. A digital product at the entry point gives you sales that take none of your time after launch and brings you warmer coaching clients.

Where you are now

  • Three offers: 12 Week Year coaching ($350), executive coaching ($450) and business consulting ($175 an hour).
  • Five sales in the past 30 days, with a goal of 50 a month.
  • Your last three clients came from personal referrals, are repeat customers, and said yes to a WhatsApp message.
  • Buyers book a discovery call, then pay an invoice.
  • Under 2 hours a week on social media, and an email list of 100 to 1,000 people.

The numbers behind 50 sales

Your 12 Week Year programme runs for 12 weeks. Fifty new clients a month adds up to around 150 active clients by month three, each needing sessions, preparation and follow-up.

Every sale also begins with a discovery call. If one call in three becomes a client, 50 sales means around 150 calls a month on top of your coaching.

A realistic plan splits your 50 sales across two kinds of product: a smaller number of coaching clients, and digital products that sell while you coach.

Start with one digital entry product

Your goal of five evergreen digital products is the right direction. Build one first and let its sales show you what the next four should be.

The strongest first product is a self-paced version of your 12 Week Year method: a workbook with the planning pages, weekly scorecards and the prompts you use with clients. Price it low enough to buy without a call, such as $27 to $47. Everyone who buys it has already tried your method, which makes them your warmest coaching leads.

Five lead magnets only you can create

Generic checklists and templates are everywhere, and most are downloaded and forgotten. An original lead magnet, built on your method and your years of results, shows people how you work before your first call. The people who book arrive already trusting you.

1. No Quit Q4 Planner

A one-page 12-week plan with a weekly scorecard. Q4 starts now and you already run No Quit Q4, so this is the one to build first.

2. Business Growth Scorecard

Twenty questions that give a score and name the one gap to fix first, ending with an invitation to book your discovery call.

3. 9-to-5 Exit Calculator

How much a person needs to earn from their business before leaving their job. Your website already speaks to this audience.

4. Weekly Accountability Tracker

A taste of your accountability circles, with a place to record the week’s three priorities and results. It leads naturally into joining a circle.

5. Executive Leadership Reset

A 90-day self-audit for managers and leaders, leading into your executive coaching.

Build them one at a time, in this order. A new lead magnet every few weeks keeps you focused and gives each one time to bring in subscribers.

Build My Lead Magnet

Our interactive tool tells you which lead magnet to build for your business, who it is for, and how to get it in front of them, with worked examples, title ideas and a launch checklist.

Grow your email list

Your list is already a real asset. Every lead magnet brings new subscribers to it.

Keep some of your best content for subscribers only: planning prompts, quarter reviews and first news of new programmes. When people know the good material arrives by email, they sign up and stay.

Your referrals

Your three latest clients all came from referrals and all came back. Ask every current client who one person is who would benefit from your coaching, and point them to your Refer Friends page. A warm WhatsApp message has worked for you, so keep using it.

Make your website bring in clients

Your website already has the essentials: a free evaluation call, your experience and a strong testimonial. These changes put them where a visitor sees them first and make the next step obvious.

  • Lead with one promise and one button. Replace the opening questions with one line saying who you help and the result they get, followed by a “Book your free 30-minute evaluation” button at the top of the page. It currently appears only at the bottom.
  • Add your lead magnet to the homepage. A sign-up box for your No Quit Q4 Planner below the opening section, and again at the end of every blog post, turns visitors into subscribers even when they are unready to book.
  • Show your proof early. Put “17 years” and “650+ entrepreneurs coached” directly under your opening line. Add three or four short testimonials, each one or two lines and naming a result, and keep Andrea’s full story further down.
  • Simplify the menu. Thirteen menu items, including Our Services, Services and Program List, give visitors too many choices. Five is enough: Services, Shop, About, Blog and Book a Call. The Contact Us link currently returns to the homepage.
  • Show prices or starting prices. Adding “from $350” to your coaching means the people who book already know the investment, so more of your calls end in a sale.
  • Add a WhatsApp chat button. WhatsApp is how your recent clients said yes, so give website visitors the same route.
  • Feature your digital product. Once your workbook is ready, show it on the homepage with a buy button, so visitors who are unready for coaching can still buy from you today.
  • Add three questions to your booking form. Ask about their business, their goal and their timeline in Calendly before the call. You arrive prepared and can spot the right clients before you meet.
  • Tidy the details. The heading “Our Servuces” has a typo, and the footer still reads 2025. Small errors on a coaching site make visitors question the rest.

Social media

  • Post one or two times a week, then spend the rest of your social media time sharing that content to Stories, groups and your WhatsApp contacts.
  • Always post to Facebook, Instagram and TikTok separately. Cross-posting can glitch and publish the same post twice.
  • Link Instagram to your Facebook page in Meta Business Suite, so all your messages arrive in one inbox.
  • Leave links out of your captions and comments. Use ManyChat on Facebook and Instagram instead: “Comment PLAN and I’ll send you the planner.” Instagram captions cannot hold clickable links, and ManyChat sends the link straight to the person’s messages, where a conversation can begin.
  • Reels are always 9:16. Photos are square or 4:5, resized in Canva.
  • Each platform has its own audience. Adjust the wording, length and opening line of each post to suit the people on it.
  • Reels keep reaching new people for longer than single posts. Stories build familiarity, so people who see you often feel they know you before they book a call.

Next step: Meta ads

Once your first lead magnet is bringing in subscribers, learn Meta ads. Ads on Facebook and Instagram start from a few dollars a day, and you choose your budget, so you can test with a small amount and only spend more when something works.

Start with our free checklist, which walks you through everything to set up before you spend anything.
